The Fun Tournament held on Sunday October 18th lived up to its name and was a fun day.  There were close games, coming down to last shot, and a few that went the other way.  Lots of great shots and few wrong biases just to make things interesting.  We had a great turnout of 54 players including some new bowlers playing in their first tournament.  I’m sure we all remember our first tournament.

Thanks everyone for signing up and coming out.  Lunch was a wrap even before it started and home made soups too!  Special thanks to Edwina and all her kitchen helpers.

The winners from the three groups were:

Dean Penny, Terry Hick, Miriam Gunn

Ross Nakagawa, Debi Sjogren, Debbie Elliot

Martin Perrin, Nita Jack, Doug Runchey

Colin Frame, Denise Hooper, Marg Halliday

Vern Hagstrom, Nancy Blue, Edwina Doddington

Shelley Howieson, Bryan Bennett, Maureen Queen

This time we included a Lucky Loser draw for each group and Lucky Losers were:

Bob Ashton, Jodi Hick, Chris Willis

Alan Brunskill, Aase McMullin, Don Sparks

Tony Morris, Cindy Greenhill, Marc Jacobson
