No Brooms Please

Qualicum and District Curling Club members will be joining us on July 16th (Saturday starting at 5 pm) for an evening of social bowls and refreshments. A Provincial Champion

We have a club Provincial Champion! Luci Ewen won the U25 provincials Womens’ Tournament representing QBLBC. The event was held in Sidney, by Victoria, this past Saturday.  She will move on next to represent BC at the Nationals being held in Ontario at the beginning of August. Way to go, Luci! Indoor Events – 2021-22

Despite being chased indoors early by a downpour, the final Outdoor event went swimmingly. Evelyn and Nev were declared winners in a review of the very tight results. What a pleasant weekend for Opening Day! As a teaser to festivities, a WW2ish fighter roared overhead from Qualicum Beach airport. Was this Roger Yorke’s original T-28 Trojan military trainer?
