Another beautiful day to celebrate Labour Day.
Along with our Labour Day celebrations we also celebrated John Eyre and his gold medal win at the Canadian National Senior Championships in Windsor Ontario.
The hall was adorned in gold to celebrate his day.
The event was attended by over 50 members.
The theme for dinner was celebrating local products with British flare. Bangers and mash, baked beans, salad and too many other delights to mention.
Thank you to Edwina and her trusty kitchen crew who delivered a spectacular dinner.
We started off the bowling with the usual spider then Members bowled a 10 end game.
John was also presented a cake with gold leaf, made by Edwina.
Thank you to all who attended and those who assisted with the bar, greens etc.
It was a great day with so much our club should be thankful for.
