1. Membership Volunteer Appreciation Day
Aug 31 Tags in 1:00 Game at 1:30 BBQ at 3:30
The event is cost free to acknowledge our volunteers and membership.
Chicken Drumsticks, Baked Potato, Coleslaw, Dessert Veggie options available.

2.Indoor Open House Sept 28/29 10 am to 2 pm both days
3. Garage Sale October 19–please start bringing your wordily possessions to the Boardroom. Contact Geri for further info or volunteering for pricing days and working the day of.
4.Nita Jack is leaving her post of Advertising/Marketing Director in September.
The Board has decided to divide the 1 position into 2 to make it easier to manage. Nita will provide mentorship to all interested. Please contact Nita directly.
Thank you Nita for exceptional hard work, but she will be taking on the Volunteer Coordinator position.
5. Congratulations to our Club Singles Winners Lynn Chwartacki and Mike Ward who will represent our Club at the District Tournament in Port Alberni Sept 7/8.
